Overview
I'm part of the team launching Palm Beach Athletic, a new youth soccer club opening in Palm Beach County in 2027. I built and run its website and digital operations, and I'm a net-profit participant in the club (terms aren't public).
The job of a pre-launch site
The club and its facilities don't exist yet, so the site's whole job is to build an audience of families ready to register when doors open. Every visitor who cares needs an easy way onto the list, and every free clinic needs a real registration flow.
My part in the launch
Families are signing up before the club has a field, so the website is the club right now. I own everything digital: the site, registration for free welcome clinics, the interest list for founding teams, the analytics, and the automated emails. The technical build is in the case study.
